Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.
Returns & Approval
Returns are only accepted after prior approval. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
